Originally an eroge visual novel by Caramel-Box, Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru (oficially released in english as "Otoboku: Maidens are Falling for Me") tells the story of Miyanokouji Mizuho who finds himself forced to attend an all-girls school because of his grandfather's late wish (don't ask why, it's a porn game). So Mizuho is forced to attend the school while pretending that he's a girl. The game was originally released in 2005 for the PC. It later gained PS2 and PSP ports without h-scenes
